ETWP attends Annual Meeting of the National Writing Project

Two Teacher Consultants from the East Texas Writing Project accompanied Dr. D. Davis to the Annual Meeting of the National Writing Project in Atlanta, Georgia, November 17, 2016. Kara Wicks teaches eleventh grade English at Texas High School and Daina Land teaches fourth and fifth grade writing at Maud ISD. Both hold degrees in English from A&M-Texarkana.
