The Tyler Wortham Scholarship was established in 2016 by the students of Texas A&M University-Texarkana to honor the memory of Tyler, to award a student who shows promise in poetry and intends to pursue further study at Texas A&MUniversity-Texarkana. 

 

The award for Fall 2017 is $300.
